Jose is a born entrepreneur; he began his career in the Natural Stone Industry as a young man and learned craftsmanship qualities and old-fashioned work ethics that are truly rare in today's business world. By the age of 28, Jose was already a successful business owner; eventually founding Grove Tile & Stone, which continues to be the labor arm for Grove International. Jose's spirit of excellence and hands-on attitude are the driving force behind our Labor Division; and his formidable support of Grove International's vision continues to propel the company forward. Pepi (as his colleagues and family call him) enjoys reading, traveling, flying, spending time with his family, loves his work and is passionate about the Regions we serve. His goals include sharing his skills and knowledge with others, transforming communities through financial contributions and impacting generations to come through a legacy of faith and hard-work.
Corporate: Ani Ruiz Chang, Principal
Cuban born and raised in Miami, Ani began her career in the Maritime Industry, where she discovered and groomed her passion for sales. Fueled by dedication and determination, she entered the Construction Industry in the 1998 and along with her husband, founded Grove International in 2004 as Multi-Line Representatives for the Hospitality Industry. By 2008, the vision and GI rapidly evolved into an International Sales Management Agency committed to serving the communities within the regions represented with passion and joy. Ani's passionate faith that with God's help all things are possible, provides unlimited and amazing energy throughout the entire organization. She loves people and pursues true and life-long relationships, valuing them above all else. Ani is an avid reader, enjoys traveling and connecting with new cultures and is committed to impact the world one person at a time. Some of her greatest accomplishments are marrying her best friend, raising her three children and becoming a grand-mother to three beautiful girls.
Central Florida: Carole L. Dame
Born and raised in Chicago, Carole Dame received her Interior Design Degree and practiced ID within the Health Care Industry for over 15 years with Christ Hospital Medical Center, part of Advocate Healthcare as well as various other Advocate Healthcare facilities. She married and had two children while starting her own company, CKD Enterprise. She did independent sales representation for multiple products within the Hospitality Industry, while remaining a licensed Interior Designer in both Illinois and Florida. Carole moved to Florida in 2001, joining Grove International as Florida Sales Manager in 2008. She is succeeding at developing relationships within the Hospitality, Multi-Family, Health Care and Commercial Industries through her tireless dedication and contagious enthusiasm. Her vast design experience is an asset to both our customers and our factories alike.
